IB07 – Beverage Analyzer

The beverage analyser IB07 is the only 100% inline system that can accurately measure Bx and CO2 from any regular carbonated beverage, including fruit juice with fibre, energy drinks and mineral water. The equipment is based on optical technology: refractive index for Bx measurement and infrared for CO2 measurement. Both analysers have no drift over time, so the Maselli IB07 operates as a "black box" that does not need to be adjusted vs the laboratory: after initial configuration during start-up, operators at the factory do not need to touch the system.

The Maselli IB07 can come in 3 different configurations: Bx only, CO2 only or the combination Bx/CO2, but in each case the installation can be easily carried out through 1 single Varivent fitting. Thanks to optical technology, the equipment is virtually maintenance-free, drastically reducing the cost of ownership.

Benefits
  • Optical technology
  • 100% in-line installation
  • Normal drinks, energy drinks and fruit juice
  • No injection needed vs the lab
  • No maintenance
