De zuurstofanalysator UG01 is een gloednieuwe innovatieve inline optische sensor die in staat is om nauwkeurig de O2 te meten in alle toepassingen van de bier- en drankenwereld. De analyse is zeer snel en is gemaakt om operators te helpen het proces in realtime te controleren. De analyser is gebaseerd op de door Maselli ontwikkelde optische fluorescentiequenching.

De nieuwe constructie van de UG01 beperkt de noodzaak van periodieke kalibratie tot een minimum, terwijl het algehele onderhoud toch zeer eenvoudig is dankzij de modulaire constructie van de kritieke elementen. De UG01 kan worden geïnstalleerd in combinatie met de UC09 koolzuuranalysator via één standaard Varivent fitting. De twee sensoren kunnen worden bediend via één MP01 bedieningspaneel.
