M8 – Software Data collection and remote control software

The M8 software package is a powerful remote control and data acquisition software used with the Maselli in-line analyzers. It operates on PC based hardware and can be installed at-line on a local PC based HMI and/or on a laboratory PC. The M8 software can be configured with just a few simple steps to perform sensor calibrations and start production. The software displays real time measurements as it relates to user defined quality control parameters and alerts the operator of any out of specification situations.

The collected data may also be extracted for further analysis. The use of different password levels guarantees traceability of the various operations and minimizes the risk of any unauthorized personnel accessing sensitive data or settings. The software can easily be configured to communicate with external networks allowing remote access for data analysis and remote troubleshooting.
