For fast and accurate moisture or dry matter determination in powders, granulates and solids, NIR measurement technology is ideal. This method, based on infrared light absorption by water, determines the moisture percentage within seconds. Our equipment offers both laboratory and on-line instrumentation for continuous measurements and direct process control. Besides moisture measurement, fat and protein contents can also be determined.
Applications can be found in various industries such as food, wood, paper, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. We offer two techniques: a filter technique with fixed NIR wavelengths and a full NIR spectrum. For moisture determination in liquids, we use microwave and radio wave techniques in addition to NIR for accurate concentration measurements.
